Bill Neuenfeldt

Experience
Bill joined Centerbridge in 2019 as the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer. He focuses on advancing and aligning the Firm’s operations and investment strategy. He also serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Bill was a Partner and the Regional Managing Partner of the Americas at Bain & Company, responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations in North and South America. Throughout his career he was a leader in Bain's Private Equity, Technology and Strategy practices. He also served on Bain’s Global Operating Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Bain in 1997, Bill served as a Captain in the United States Air Force.

Gavin Baieraa

Experience
Gavin joined Centerbridge in 2018 and is a portfolio manager for the Firm’s global credit investing activities.
Prior to joining Centerbridge, Gavin was a Managing Director at Angelo Gordon, where he was the global head of the firm’s corporate credit activities and portfolio manager for its distressed funds. Prior to joining Angelo Gordon, Gavin was the co-head of the strategic finance group at Morgan Stanley, and responsible for origination, underwriting and distribution for restructuring transactions.
Previously, Gavin worked at General Electric Capital Corporation, concentrating on underwriting and investing in restructuring transactions. He began his career at GE Capital in its financial management program.
Gavin is a Director of Vistra Energy (NYSE: VST), a company in which his prior employer and certain funds advised by Centerbridge have been holders.

Kim Terjanian
Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (Credit and Corporate Accounting), New York
Experience
Kim joined Centerbridge in 2011 and oversees the Firm’s accounting, tax, operations and investor services functions for the credit, corporate and general partner accounting teams. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Kim was a Managing Director and the Chief Accounting Officer for Plainfield Asset Management LLC’s credit funds from 2005 through 2010 and the Chief Financial Officer for the investment adviser in 2010. During her tenure at Plainfield, she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, audit, internal controls and financial reporting for the company’s distressed and special situation funds as well as the management company. Prior to Plainfield, Kim was the Controller at Forest Investment Management LLC, a credit firm which managed several convertible arbitrage, relative value and event strategy funds from 1996 to 2005. Kim began her career as an auditor for Deloitte.

Experience
Elizabeth joined Centerbridge in 2011. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Elizabeth was the Chief Compliance Officer for Strategic Value Partners, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser managing distressed funds. Prior to that, she was Chief Compliance Officer at Sagamore Hill Capital Management, L.P., a multi-strategy investment adviser. Previously, Elizabeth was Vice President – Compliance at Hoenig & Co., Inc, a broker dealer. Prior to Hoenig & Co., Inc, she was Compliance Director at Forum Capital Markets, LLC. She started her career working in corporate communications for a variety of industries.

Carlos Hernandez

Experience
Carlos M. Hernandez is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pensativa Partners, his family office, which he founded in July 2023. Mr. Hernandez retired from JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan”), a leading financial services firm, in April 2023 after 37 years of service. Prior to his retirement at JPMorgan, Mr. Hernandez was Executive Chair of Investment and Corporate Banking from 2020 to April 2023 and served as a member of the company’s Operating Committee and a member of the Corporate & Investment Bank Management Team. Previously, Mr. Hernandez served as Head of Global Banking at JP Morgan from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this position, he was Global Head of Investor Services and led JPMorgan’s Global Equities and Prime Services business. Earlier in his career, he managed the Origination and Distribution business for the Americas, Institutional Equities for the Americas and Global Equity Capital Markets at JPMorgan. Before joining the Equities division, Mr. Hernandez was head of Investment Banking, Latin America at JPMorgan. Mr. Hernandez currently serves as Chairman of the Fund Board of Trustees for Calvary Hospital and a member of the Johns Hopkins University Krieger School of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board. Mr. Hernandez previously served on the Company’s Board from 2006 to 2019.
Mr. Hernandez brings a broad range of leadership experience and a deep understanding of the global financial markets and financial services and securities industries, including the particular needs of an international corporation to the Board. Mr. Hernandez also has a unique understanding of, and experience with, our broker-dealer clients and their needs, particularly in the context of recent regulatory reform.

Experience
Terri Lecamp is Managing Partner at Independence Point Advisors (“IPA”), the first full-service female owned and managed investment bank. Ms. Lecamp has over 30 years of Wall Street experience in investment banking and asset management. Prior to IPA, Ms. Lecamp co-founded and was Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Melody Capital Partners, an investment management firm focused on private loan origination with nearly $2 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Melody, Ms. Lecamp was a Founding Partner & Chief Operating Officer of Plainfield Asset Management, which launched in 2005 and grew to over $5 billion in assets. Ms. Lecamp was responsible for 100+ professionals in the areas of accounting, tax, treasury, legal, compliance, IT, IR, HR, portfolio monitoring, valuation, and trading operations. Prior to joining Plainfield, Ms. Lecamp served as Staff Vice President of Corporate Development at ADP where she led M&A for ADP’s largest business unit. Prior to joining ADP, Ms. Lecamp worked at Salomon Brothers Investment Banking division. She played a senior coverage role in Salomon's Telecommunications Group from 1994 to 1995 and was a product specialist in high yield and financial restructuring in the Merchant Banking Department from 1990 to 1994. During her tenure at Salomon, Ms. Lecamp worked on over $11 billion of financial restructurings, and debt and equity financings.

Neil Sherman

Experience
TNeil Sherman is a Venture Partner at Gilot Capital Partners. Until 2023, Mr. Sherman was Managing Director, Senior Relationship Management at Credit Suisse, where he worked for more than a decade. He was previously Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Sherman has a career spanning more than 30 years in investment banking, where his experience includes equity and debt capital raising, corporate advisory and M&A, alternative asset management, sales and marketing management, new product development, and senior relationship management. In addition to his extensive transactional experience (over 500 IPOs, Equity, Debt and Convertible Financings, and successful M&A transactions), Mr. Sherman has been active in business strategy, investor relations, human capital & talent development, legal & compliance, and emerging issues in financial services such as ESG, convergence of asset management with other financial sectors, and fintech. At Lehman Brothers, after five years as an associate general counsel with a specialization in equity, fixed income and commodities trading, Mr. Sherman had senior roles in debt and equity capital markets and then ran the global sales and marketing group for the Prime Services department. While at JP Morgan, he was a managing director in the investment bank, covering various asset management firms, and also ran the global sales team for Prime Services after the acquisition of Bear Stearns. Upon joining Credit Suisse in 2012, Mr. Sherman was responsible for managing the relationships with many of the bank’s largest institutional asset management clients, including hedge funds, private equity and credit funds, and venture capital firms.
Prior to his career in investment banking, Mr. Sherman was a practicing attorney in New York City and Atlanta, Georgia.
